Mr. Koinis is

Services of America, a broker-dealer firm and member of the National
Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. and SIPC. He is currently licensed
to transact securities in Texas, California, Colorado, North Carolina,
Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
Additionally, Mr. Koinis is
a licensed life and health insurance agent in Texas. Mr. Koinis will
earn a commission paid in connection with the purchase of securities,
annuities, insurance and other products, which are purchased either
directly through him, or through United Planners' Financial Services
